AICPLIGHT reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

You shall not:
- Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Interfere with or disrupt website security, servers, networks, or normal operation;

We may suspend or restrict access to our website or services if we believe that a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
Some website functions may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
AICPLIGHT may suspend, disable, or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or our business policies.
4. Product Information and Availability
AICPLIGHT strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, stock status, pricing, and service descriptions. However, product information on the website is provided for general reference and may be updated from time to time.
Product images, diagrams, descriptions, and specifications may vary from the actual product due to product updates, manufacturing changes, customization, regional differences, or display settings.
Product availability, lead time, pricing, and specifications are subject to confirmation by AICPLIGHT. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website at any time without prior notice.
For technical products, including optical modules, high-speed cables, GPU-related hardware, networking equipment, and customized solutions, customers are responsible for confirming that the selected products meet their intended application, compatibility, regulatory, and deployment requirements.
5. Quotations and Orders
A quotation provided by AICPLIGHT is not a binding contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Quotations may be subject to validity periods, minimum order quantities, stock availability, lead times, exchange rates, shipping costs, taxes, duties, and other conditions.
An order is considered accepted only when AICPLIGHT confirms the order in writing, issues an invoice, receives payment, or otherwise confirms acceptance through an authorized representative.
AICPLIGHT reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order if:
- The product is unavailable or discontinued;
- The price, specification, or stock information contains an error;
- Payment cannot be verified;
- The order may violate export control, sanctions, or applicable laws;
- The customer provides incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious information;
- The order involves customized products or special requirements that cannot be fulfilled.
For customized products, project-based orders, bulk orders, GPU rental, GPU repair, AI hardware buyback, and solution design services, additional written confirmation may be required.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed or quoted by AICPLIGHT do not include shipping costs, insurance, taxes, customs duties, import fees, remote area fees, bank charges, or other third-party charges.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, clearance charges, and other governmental or carrier-related charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may be changed without prior notice. However, once an order has been accepted by AICPLIGHT, the confirmed price will apply to that order unless there is a clear error or the parties agree otherwise in writing.
7. Payment Terms
AICPLIGHT may accept payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods approved by us. Available payment methods may vary depending on country, order type, amount, customer credit status, and product or service category.
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or payment policy.
For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for any bank fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other transfer-related costs unless otherwise agreed.
For credit/debit card or third-party payment methods, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. AICPLIGHT does not normally store full card numbers or complete payment credentials.
If payment is delayed, incomplete, rejected, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent, AICPLIGHT may delay shipment, suspend service, cancel the order, or require additional verification.
For approved credit terms, the customer must pay all invoices by the due date. Late payment may result in suspension of credit privileges, delayed delivery, service interruption, or additional collection actions where permitted by law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
AICPLIGHT may arrange shipment through international express carriers, air freight, sea freight, local delivery providers, or other shipping methods depending on the order and destination.
Delivery dates, lead times, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, force majeure events, stock availability, export control review, remote area delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer according to the applicable shipping terms, invoice, quotation, or agreed Incoterms. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for checking the shipment upon receipt and reporting visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues promptly.
If the customer provides incorrect shipping information, refuses delivery, fails to complete customs clearance, or fails to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional costs, including storage fees, return shipping, re-delivery charges, customs fees, or disposal costs.
9. Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any shortage, incorrect item, visible damage, or delivery discrepancy should be reported to AICPLIGHT within a reasonable period, preferably within 7 business days after delivery.
Failure to report delivery issues within the required period may affect the customer's ability to claim replacement, refund, repair, or other remedies.
Products should not be returned without prior written authorization from AICPLIGHT.
10. Returns and RMA
Returns are subject to AICPLIGHT's Return Policy and any applicable written agreement.
Before returning any product, the customer must contact AICPLIGHT and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") or written return approval. Products returned without authorization may be rejected or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be securely packed and shipped according to AICPLIGHT's instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
AICPLIGHT will inspect returned products after receipt. Depending on the inspection result and applicable policy, AICPLIGHT may provide repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Customized products, special-order products, opened or used products, damaged products, software, consumables, and certain service-related items may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Warranty
AICPLIGHT provides warranty coverage for eligible products in accordance with the applicable Warranty Policy, product page, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Warranty coverage may vary by product category, model, condition, region, and order type.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- Incorrect installation, operation, maintenance, or storage;
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or alteration;
- Use outside the specified operating environment;
- Electrical surge, overheating, liquid damage, physical damage, contamination, or improper cabling;
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party systems, firmware, software, or configuration;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Accidents, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
To claim warranty service, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, product serial number, failure description, test results, photos, logs, or other relevant information.
12. GPU Repair Services
For GPU repair services, customers are responsible for accurately describing the fault, usage history, prior repair attempts, damage condition, and any relevant system environment information.
AICPLIGHT may perform inspection, diagnosis, testing, repair, component replacement, rework, reballing, or other repair-related processes as appropriate. The final repair result may depend on the hardware condition, fault severity, availability of components, and technical feasibility.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, AICPLIGHT does not guarantee that every GPU or hardware item can be repaired successfully. If a repair is not feasible, AICPLIGHT may provide diagnostic results, alternative suggestions, or other options.
Customers are responsible for backing up or removing any data, configuration, software, or confidential information before sending hardware to AICPLIGHT. AICPLIGHT shall not be responsible for data loss, software loss, business interruption, or indirect losses arising from repair services.
13. GPU Rental and AI Computing Services
GPU rental, GPU cloud rental, AI computing services, or related infrastructure services may be subject to additional service terms, usage rules, pricing plans, acceptable use policies, technical limitations, and written agreements.
Customers shall not use rented GPUs, computing resources, accounts, access credentials, or infrastructure services for illegal, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, export control rules, data protection requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and acceptable use obligations when using GPU rental or computing services.
AICPLIGHT may suspend or terminate access to GPU rental or computing services if the customer violates applicable terms, fails to pay, misuses resources, threatens service security, or creates legal or operational risk.
14. AI Hardware Buyback
For AI hardware buyback services, any valuation, offer, or estimate provided by AICPLIGHT is subject to verification of product model, condition, configuration, authenticity, ownership, market value, and inspection results.
Customers represent and warrant that they have full legal ownership or authorization to sell the hardware and that the hardware is free from undisclosed liens, claims, theft, counterfeit status, or legal restrictions.
AICPLIGHT may revise or withdraw a buyback offer if the actual product condition, quantity, configuration, authenticity, or market value differs from the information originally provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for removing data, credentials, licenses, confidential information, and accessories not included in the transaction before sending hardware to AICPLIGHT, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Technical Support and Solution Design
AICPLIGHT may provide product recommendations, compatibility guidance, technical support, network solution design, deployment advice, or project consulting based on information provided by the customer.
Such support is provided for reference and planning purposes unless expressly agreed as part of a formal service contract. Customers remain responsible for final product selection, system design, deployment decisions, testing, compliance, and operation.
AICPLIGHT is not responsible for failures, losses, or performance issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer, third-party equipment, improper installation, unsupported configurations, environmental issues, or changes made after our recommendation.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the AICPLIGHT website, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, diagrams, logos, icons, videos, documents, layouts, software elements, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AICPLIGHT and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any website content without prior written permission from AICPLIGHT, except as permitted by applicable law.
All third-party trademarks, product names, company names, and logos appearing on our website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorization unless expressly stated.
17. Customer Materials and Confidentiality
If you provide drawings, specifications, samples, technical documents, logos, data, configuration files, project information, or other materials to AICPLIGHT, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials.
Both parties agree to treat non-public technical, business, commercial, pricing, project, and customer information as confidential, unless such information is already publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.
AICPLIGHT may use customer-provided materials only as necessary to provide quotations, technical support, customization, manufacturing, testing, repair, delivery, or related services.
18. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable export control, import control, sanctions, customs, and trade compliance laws and regulations.
Products, technologies, technical data, GPU-related hardware, networking products, and AI infrastructure services may be subject to export control restrictions depending on destination, end user, end use, product classification, and applicable laws.
Customers shall not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, resell, or use AICPLIGHT products or services in violation of applicable laws, sanctions, embargoes, restricted party rules, or prohibited end-use restrictions.
AICPLIGHT may refuse, suspend, cancel, or delay any order, shipment, service, or support request if we believe that it may violate export control, sanctions, customs, or other legal requirements.
19. Reservation of Title
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, ownership of products remains with AICPLIGHT until full payment has been received and cleared.
Until ownership transfers to the customer, the customer shall not pledge, resell, modify, dispose of, or transfer the products in a way that may impair AICPLIGHT's ownership rights, except in the ordinary course of business where permitted by written agreement.
Risk of loss may pass to the customer before ownership transfers, depending on the applicable shipping terms or agreed Incoterms.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AICPLIGHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or claims from third parties.
AICPLIGHT's total liability arising out of or related to any product, service, order, quotation, website use, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AICPLIGHT does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Except as expressly stated in an applicable warranty policy, quotation, invoice, or written agreement, AICPLIGHT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, and uninterrupted performance.
Technical specifications, compatibility information, service descriptions, lead times, and other website content are provided for reference and may be updated without prior notice.
22. Force Majeure
AICPLIGHT shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, customs delays, export restrictions, supply chain disruption, carrier delays, power failure, network failure, cyberattack, or other force majeure events.
If a force majeure event affects performance, AICPLIGHT may extend delivery time, adjust service arrangements, partially fulfill the order, or cancel the affected order or service where necessary.
23. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only.
AICPLIGHT does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, accuracy, availability, or policies of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
24. Privacy and Cookies

By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
25. Termination or Suspension
AICPLIGHT may suspend or terminate your access to the website, account, services, quotations, orders, or support if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, provide false information, misuse our services, infringe third-party rights, or create legal, security, financial, or operational risk.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, service agreement, warranty policy, return policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy, and other written terms provided by AICPLIGHT, constitute the entire agreement between you and AICPLIGHT regarding the relevant website use, product purchase, or service transaction.
