Warranty Policy Overview

AICPLIGHT is committed to delivering reliable network hardware products and connectivity solutions with consistent quality. From product sourcing and supply chain management to manufacturing, testing, and pre-shipment inspection, we follow strict quality control processes to help ensure stable performance and dependable product operation.

AICPLIGHT provides warranty support for eligible products. Warranty coverage mainly applies to material defects, manufacturing defects, functional failures under normal use, or quality issues confirmed by AICPLIGHT testing where the product does not meet the agreed specifications. For products that are still within the valid warranty period and meet the applicable warranty conditions, AICPLIGHT may provide repair, replacement, reshipment, or other reasonable after-sales solutions based on the inspection result.

Covered by Warranty

Within the valid warranty period, AICPLIGHT provides after-sales support for eligible products. Warranty coverage mainly includes material defects, manufacturing defects, functional failures under normal use, or product quality issues confirmed by AICPLIGHT.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products that are outside the valid warranty period.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or other human factors.
  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, compression, fire, lightning, flooding, or other natural disasters.
  • Damage caused by improper operation, incorrect installation, abnormal operating environment, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Damage caused by external power issues, abnormal voltage, unstable power supply, or incompatible equipment.
  • Damage caused by system environment issues or third-party equipment failures.

Customized Product Notice

Customized product orders generally cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless expressly approved by AICPLIGHT. Warranty terms, service methods, and other after-sales terms for customized products shall be subject to the order confirmation, quotation, or mutual agreement.
