Return, Exchange & Repair Process

    Contact & Submit RMA

    Contact us and explain your issue. After approval instructions are provided, please complete the RMA form.

    Approval

    We will review your request and provide approval once the case is confirmed.

    Ship Back the Products

    Pack the items securely and ship them back to us according to the approved instructions.

    Receive & Inspect by AICPLIGHT

    After receiving the returned items, AICPLIGHT will inspect them and proceed according to the applicable service type.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned items are received and the inspection is passed.

Exchange

  • If the replacement item is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days after inspection.
  • If it is out of stock, we will confirm the lead time with you separately.

Repair

After the repair is completed, we will ship the repaired item back immediately.

To ensure a smooth and timely return, exchange, repair, and refund process, please make sure the following requirements are met.

    Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

    Eligible products submitted within the warranty period can receive free repair service.

    Out-of-warranty repairs may still be available, but charges may apply depending on the situation.

    Customized products can only be changed or canceled before production begins.

1. Do you offer spare parts service?
Yes. AICPLIGHT has a dedicated spare parts inventory, and about 80% of our SKUs have spare parts in stock to help keep your network and business running smoothly.
2. How can I make a claim for lost, missing, wrong or damaged items?
You may submit a return or refund request within 7 days after successful delivery or after signing for the goods. If the delivery fails, you need to submit the claim within 30 days from the shipment date. We will process your request as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. You may also contact your account manager for more details.
3. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, we will cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized or unacceptable return packages will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
4. How will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. In most cases, AICPLIGHT will process the refund within 3 business days. The actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. How can I track my replacement order?
Once the replacement order is shipped, your account manager will contact you promptly and provide the tracking number so that you can track the shipment.
